Rule Book

All players must treat others with kindness and respect. Harassment, discrimination, insults, targeting, or hate speech toward any player or staff member is strictly prohibited.

Severity determines starting action

Repeated unwanted behavior toward another player, including following, targeting, or provoking them, is not allowed.

Includes passive-aggressive harassment

Slurs, racist remarks, sexist comments, or discriminatory language of any kind are strictly forbidden.

Zero tolerance rule

Threatening players, staff, or the game in any way (including joking threats) is prohibited.

Serious threats = instant ban

Using cheats, scripts, third-party tools, or glitches to gain unfair advantages is forbidden. This includes glitching into places you normally don't have access to.

No warnings given

Purposely abusing bugs or map issues for advantage or disruption is not allowed. Reporting bugs is allowed and encouraged.

Misusing any in-game tools, features, or systems in a way that disrupts gameplay, gives unfair advantages, or harms other players is strictly prohibited.

Repeated or severe abuse may result in permanent removal

Manipulating votes, events, or group systems to cause unfair advantage is prohibited.

Includes using multiple accounts

Flooding chat, repeating messages, excessive caps, or sound spam is not allowed.

Includes bypass spam

Attempting to bypass Roblox chat filters or say inappropriate words indirectly is prohibited.

Depends on severity

Promoting other games, groups, social media, or services is not allowed without approval from Chairperson+.

Must be approved by Chairperson+

Players must comply with reasonable instructions from staff members. Report abusive staff instead of arguing.

Pretending to be staff, management, or another player is prohibited. This includes display names, avatars, and using other staff to get out of trouble.

Disruptive, trolling, or intentionally annoying behavior is not allowed.

Includes baiting reactions

Inappropriate language, usernames, or avatars are not allowed. Must be changed before rejoining.

Sharing your own or others' personal information is prohibited for safety. Sharing info about others without permission is an instant ban.

Under staff discretion

Claiming you have permissions, powers, or authority you do not actually have is prohibited.

Attempting to test the limits of rules or staff patience intentionally is prohibited.

Attempting to avoid consequences through excuses, tricks, technicalities, or leaving and rejoining to escape punishment is strictly prohibited.

Rejoining to continue behavior counts as repeated offense

Interrupting, blocking, or hindering staff from moderating is prohibited. Repeated obstruction escalates.

Pressuring staff to make decisions, give ranks, or reverse actions is prohibited. Includes threats or manipulation.

Players may not reference or use staff names, titles, or connections to avoid punishment, gain favors, or influence situations.

Making fake reports to get someone in trouble is not allowed. Repeated abuse results in a ban.

Starting arguments, drama, or conflicts in chat is not allowed. Staff may intervene early.

Players are expected to use basic common sense at all times. Any behavior that is clearly disruptive or harmful — even if not specifically listed — may still result in moderation action.

"It wasn't listed" is not a valid excuse

Do not intentionally try to break systems, lag servers, or disrupt gameplay.

Using alternate accounts to evade punishment or gain advantage is prohibited.

Appeals reviewed case-by-case

Do not beg or hint for roles, ranks, or privileges from staff. Continuing will lead to a kick and rank lock.

When staff host events, shifts, or announcements, players must not interrupt or disrupt.

Staff may refuse service or access to any player when necessary. Baristas are not entitled to serve you.

Players are not entitled to special treatment, items, or ranks.

All players must follow Roblox's official Terms of Service and Community Standards while playing. Severe violations are an instant ban.

You are responsible for anything done on your account, even if someone else used it.

Attempting to exploit loopholes, technicalities, or unclear wording in rules to avoid punishment or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

"It wasn't specified" will not excuse the behavior

All ranks and roles are privileges, not rights. Players can lose their rank at any time for rule violations, disruptive behavior, or at SHR/Ownership discretion.

Demotions can be appealed in the appeals server

Using your rank, role, or privileges to harass, exploit, bypass rules, or gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.

Applies to all ranks including staff

Offering gifts, Robux, or other incentives to gain ranks, items, or favors is prohibited. Includes virtual and real-life currency.

Staff reserve the right to take action on any behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate, even if not specifically listed in the rules.

Report staff misconduct in our main Discord

No player, regardless of rank, role, or status, is exempt from following the rules. All players, including staff and owners, are held to the same standards.

All rules listed here also apply on official Kavia Cafe Discord servers. Violating them on Discord is treated the same as violating them in-game.
