This page explains what information Kavia Cafe collects when you use our website and staff panel, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord username, avatar, and the roles you hold in the Kavia Cafe Discord server. We use this only to confirm you're a staff member before giving you access to the staff panel.

When you connect your Roblox account, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, and display name. We use this to link your Discord identity with your Roblox identity inside the panel.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond running Kavia Cafe's staff panel and game features.

How long we keep it

Linked account information is kept for as long as you remain part of the Kavia Cafe community. You can ask us to remove your data at any time using the contact info below.
