Terms of Service

By accessing kaviacafe.com, the Member Portal, the Staff Panel, the Admin Panel, or the Kavia Cafe Roblox game, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or game.

1. About Kavia Cafe

Kavia Cafe is a community-run Roblox roleplay cafe, founded and operated by Serry and Connor. The website, member portal, staff panel, and game are provided as a service to the community. Kavia Cafe is not a commercial product and carries no guarantees of uptime, availability, or continuity.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Roblox's Terms of Service to use any part of Kavia Cafe's platform. By signing in through Discord or Roblox OAuth, you confirm you are authorized to use those accounts.

3. The Member Portal

The Member Portal is available to anyone who holds the required Member role in the Kavia Cafe Discord server and links a Roblox account. Access may be revoked at any time for violations of community rules or these terms. Content you post in discussions is visible to other portal members and may be removed by staff at any time without notice.

4. The Staff Panel

The Staff Panel is restricted to approved Kavia Cafe staff members. Access is determined by your Discord roles and may be revoked at any time. Staff are expected to use the panel only for legitimate community management purposes. Misuse of staff tools — including issuing unjustified punishments, accessing player data for personal reasons, or sharing panel information externally — is prohibited and may result in demotion and removal from the community.

5. The Admin Panel

The Admin Panel is restricted to Ownership and authorized Public Relations leadership. Admin access grants the ability to manage member accounts, view moderation history, delete content, and manage alliance information. This access is a privilege granted at the sole discretion of Kavia Cafe Ownership and may be revoked at any time.

6. Moderation and appeals

Kavia Cafe staff may issue warnings, kicks, or bans in-game or through the panel. All moderation actions are logged. You have the right to submit an appeal through the Member Portal or the Appeals Discord server. All appeal decisions made by Appeals Personnel are final unless overturned by Ownership. Submitting false or abusive appeals may result in further action.

7. Alliances

Alliance information displayed on the Alliances page, including group names, descriptions, icons, and representative member details, is managed by Kavia Cafe administration. Kavia Cafe is not responsible for the content, conduct, or policies of allied communities. Alliance listings may be added, modified, or removed at any time at Ownership's discretion.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to access any area of the site or panel without authorization; exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical gaps for personal gain; scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the site; impersonate staff, Ownership, or other members; or use the site in any way that violates Discord's or Roblox's Terms of Service.

9. Content

By posting content in discussions, profile bios, or any other member-facing area, you grant Kavia Cafe the right to display, moderate, and remove that content. You are responsible for anything posted under your account. Content that violates community rules — including hate speech, inappropriate material, spam, or harassment — will be removed and may result in portal access being revoked.

10. Disclaimers

Kavia Cafe is a volunteer-run community project. The site and all associated services are provided "as-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data preservation, or continued availability of any feature. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from use of or inability to use the site.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
